PARISH REGISTRATION

Please fill out the following form to register in the parish. Refresh the page to clear the form and start over.

NOTE: Registration in a parish is a declaration of your desire to be a part of a Catholic community and a sommitment to the life of the parish family. Registration makes things easier when it is time for infant baptism, weddings, funerals, affidavits, and letters of good standing when asked to be a baptismal or chrismation sponsor. Registration does not automatically confer canonical membership upon registrants, as canonical membership in any parish is determined by residence of the Christian faithful within that parish’s geographic territory (CCEO Can. 280) and ascription to the parish’s ritual Church (CCEO Can. 29-38). All Catholics are free to regularly attend, worship at, and receive the Holy Mysteries at any Catholic Church or whatever Rite (CCEO Can. 403).
